The Basics about Priority Time Services

• Minimum of 1/2 hour booking, billing in 15 minute increments thereafter
• Rates do not include the cost of third party goods and services obtained on behalf of the client, pre-payment for services is due when a service is scheduled or prior to delivery
• 24 hour notice is requested for all services, however if scheduling permits we will be happy to fulfill your requirements at no additional cost
• Priority Time reserves the right to refuse any services that are deemed dangerous, illegal or unethical
• 24 hour cancellation notice is required.  Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be subject to a $20.00 fee.
• Larger requests ie) event planning requires a signed agreement and a non refundable deposit
• We accept cash, chq, visa and MasterCard. A $25 surcharge will be applied on all returned checks (NSF)
• Charges are incurred from the moment we leave our Victoria Office and end when the errand is completed
• All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars
