What errand services do you offer?

Errands include such things as grocery shopping, drop off and pick-up of items (i.e. dry-cleaning, shoe repair, movies, books, etc) and pet care (i.e. dog walking, transport to groomer, etc).  Please see our Services page for a list of our errand services.

What concierge services do you offer?

Concierge services are specialty services such as a virtual assistant to help you manage everyday needs, party planning, and vacation services (i.e. house monitoring).   Please see our Services page for a list of our concierge services.

Are there any services you will not do?

Our services are limited only by your imagination and the laws of British Columbia and Canada.  We have partnership with other well respected companies who provide those services that require a license or training that we do not have.

How does your Service work?

To book or inquire about a service simply contact us. We offer a free 30 minute consultation in which we will discuss what your needs are and which services would best suit you.

When and how is payment accepted?

Payment is requested at the time service is rendered.  Payment includes any or all of our fees, partner company fees, cost of purchases made and applicable taxes.  We accept personal cheques, cash, Visa and MasterCard.  You will receive a statement by email or mail listing the charges of each rendered service.
